Jam Sandwich |
Ingredient:
- 2 slices bread per sandwich
- Jam or preserves of choice
Method:
- Place the slices of bread on the plate
- Spread a spoonful of jam or preserves on one side of each slice of bread.
- Press the slices of bread together
- Cut in halves or quarters.
- Quarters are easiest to handle if the jam is really chunky or threatens to ooze out .
- Put on a plate for serving.
