2 Egg white
1 Tin Milk
Sugar (optional)
Flavor
Items Needed:
Bowl
whisk
foil paper
Method:
In a bowl break eggs and separate the egg white.
Whisk egg white till foamy and white.
Add milk and mix together.
Add sugar and flavor and mix together.
Pour into a freeze proof bowl.
Cover with foil paper.
Put to freeze.
