Papaya juice |
Ingredient:
- 3 ripe mashed pawpaw (about 1 large )
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 Tbs lemon juice (2 to 3 limes)
- 4 C Water
Method:
- Peel the pawpaw.
- Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds from the core.
- Cut into cubes.
- Use a spoon to press and force through a strainer.
- Blend together 3 C mashed pawpaw, water, lemon juice, and sugar. Mix well,
- Chill and serve.
Store in the fridge.
