How To Make Pancakes.

Pancake 

A pancake is a hotcake or is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan,
often frying with oil or butter.

Pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit, syrup, chocolate chips, or meat.

Ingredients:

  • Flour
  • Egg 
  • Milk 
  • Butter
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Baking powder 
Preparation:

  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour
  • Add baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Mix together.
  • Make a well in the center
  • Pour in the milk, egg and melted butter.
  • mix until smooth. 
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. 
  • Over medium high heat. 
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. 
  • Leave till Brown on both sides.  
  • Serve hot.
