Semolina Pancake |
Ingredients
1 cup of Semolina Flour
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
Pinch Of Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1 cooking spoon of Vegetable Oil
Method
Combine the dry ingredients separately in a large bowl.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
Pour in the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and combine till smooth.
In a pan adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil at a time, scoop a portion of the mix and fry.
Flip to brown on both sides and set aside.
Garnish with honey or Chicken
