- 1 cups water
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled
- 3⁄4 cup ice cubes
Method
- Wash and chop the carrots.
- Add them to the blender. Any type of blender should work fine
- Add water and milk
- Blend on medium until the ingredients are well pulverized.
- Put in a sieve bag in your desired cup/container and pour in the blended ingredients.
- Squeeze as much liquid out of the nut milk bag as possible
- Serve Chilled
